| Biography: Prof. Haiping Chen is currently the Deputy Chief Engineer and Chief Representative of China in AMERICA P&G CO., USA. In the 1980s, he graduated from the Economics College of Peking University with a bachelor's degree in Economics. He also works in Beijing Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Group Corporation. He has studied in the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Renmin University of China, and the Graduate School of Sun Yat-sen University. After working in the China Nonferrous Metals Group Corporation. In 2000, he was selected by the state to go to the University of St. Leo to study for a doctorate in economic management. After graduation, he worked as an assistant researcher, researcher, and senior management at the well-known Ai Ke Ken Institute in the United States and AARON, a famous American company. Has a wealth of nano Powders Produced and Utilized as Additives Drop-in Process Technology to Upgrade Commercial Polyolefins ，non-ferrous metals, nano-materials, robot theory practice operation experience. He has successively visited scholars and academic exchanges at the University of Southern California at Berkeley, the University of St. Leo, the University of the West Pacific, and the University of Tokyo.
