SCET2020: Publication and Event Postponing Notification

Due to new corona virus pneumonia epidemic, The 9th Spring World Congress on Engineering and Technology (SCET 2020) which was planned to be held from April 24-26, 2020 in Xi'an, China will be postponed till August 14-16, 2020 in Kunming (It is very hot summer in August in Xi'an). Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion brought to you.

Special notes for attendees who have finished the payment:
If your registration fee includes one full paper publication, your paper will be published as planned and do not worry about it. Then you can attend the conf. on August. Papers without completed registration steps will be NOT sent for publication processing.
